Ingredients:

Cherry tomatoes

Fresh mozzarella balls (bocconcini)

Fresh basil leaves

Olevano Balsamic Vinegar

Olevano Extra Virgin Olive Oil (optional)

Salt & pepper

Skewers or toothpicks

Instructions:

On each skewer, thread a tomato, a basil leaf, and a mozzarella ball.

Arrange the skewers on a serving plate.

Drizzle with Olevano Balsamic Vinegar (and olive oil if desired).

Lightly season with salt and pepper.
