Fresh Green Beans

A few Cloves of Garlic

Thick-cut Bacon

1 Lemon

Olevano Amalfi Lemon EVOO

First gently crisp up the bacon. Cook on low and slowly drizzle in Olevano Amalfi Lemon EVOO.

Set aside bacon once crsipy and golden.

Toss green beans right into same skillet.

Saute with more lemon olove oil and thinly sliced garlic.

Crumble the bacon onto the green beans and add some lemon zest.

Toss to coat
