Olevano Olive Oil Toast with Garlic and Tomato

Ingredients:

 

Rustic bread (sourdough or ciabatta)

Olevano extra virgin olive oil

1 garlic clove

1 ripe tomato

Sea salt

Optional: fresh basil or a sprinkle of chili flakes

Instructions:

 

Toast the bread until golden and crisp.

Rub a peeled garlic clove over the warm toast.

Slice a ripe tomato in half and rub it onto the bread to release the juices.

Drizzle generously with Olevano olive oil.

Sprinkle with sea salt.

Optional: Add torn basil or a pinch of chili flakes for extra flavor.

Serve warm as a quick appetizer, snack, or side. It’s rustic, Mediterranean, and lets the quality of the olive oil shine.
